Our intern will engage in new R&D activities such as documentation collection, recipe development, data/market analysis, and report writing. This position will support one or more active innovation or renovation projects, as well as support the larger R&D functions.

- Literature search (internal and external data bases)
- Documentation collection

- Prep tastings for R&D samples
- Data collection and market analysis
- Report writing
- Fill in any remaining needs in R&D functions
Skills
- Self-starters who are result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
- Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.

- Food science principles.
