This plant is a 24/7 union facility with over 300 employees. This position develops, implements and continuously improves facility sanitation programs, polices and key performance indicators for the facility. There may be direct sanitation crew supervision or direct reports in some facilities. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing sanitation spend and meeting sanitation budget.
