What Can You Expect from Your Internship?

You will be immersed into Conagra Brands and our R&D (Research & Development) Organization for 11 weeks. As a Food Labeling intern, you will gain knowledge of existing and new food regulations for the FDA and/or USDA, as well as become familiar with providing regulatory guidance to assist our brands in reaching their full potential. To enhance your overall understanding of our company, we will provide opportunities to network with peers and leaders to gain experience with the scope of career paths available at Conagra Brands.

You will be responsible for one primary project in addition to other small projects and day-to-day responsibilities. These projects and responsibilities may include:

  • Mandatory label copy creation, graphic reviews, new claim exploration
  • Assist in developing content for new product innovation, line extensions, and graphic refreshes

When: May 22 – August 4, 2023

Location: Chicago. IL

Schedule: Interns should expect to work 40 hours/week

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are enrolled in a 4-year degree program with at least 1 semester remaining after your internship program concludes
  • You are pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Law or a related area of study
  • You are willing to relocate to Chicago for the duration of your internship
  • You do not require sponsorship now, or in the future, and must currently be authorized to work in the United States
