Position

  • Full-time, exempt

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities, including labs, offices, GMP production areas, and kitchens
  • Help establish processes around maintenance, supply chain, monitoring, and other important areas of operation
  • Project manage facility modifications
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to make sure their facility needs are being met
  • Help the company comply with applicable building codes, regulations and laws
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant working environment
  • Work with management to identify new facilities and direct the company’s long-term real estate strategy

About You

  • 4+ years working in a facilities-related field (operations, maintenance, EH&S, etc)
  • Experience working in GMP environments. Other specialized environments (e.g. labs, kitchens) are a plus.
  • Passionate about the mission to create high-quality meat products in a better way
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition to learn new skills and grow with the company.
  • Working knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and laws.
